Collectors wooden rocking horses

Welcome to Tim Ferguson's traditional hand made rocking horses web site! I have worked with wood for many years, carving, turning, making and restoring furniture. During the early part of 2001 my daughter showed an interest in hand made rocking horses, playing on them at every opportunity and so I decided it would be a challenge to make one for her. Since that time I have taken commissions from them from friends, family and friends of friends who have seen my traditional hand made rocking horses and decided that one would be an ideal present for a child or grandchild or simply as a beautiful piece of furniture for their home.
